Puppy Purchasing Process

At All Southern Dogs our puppies are raised with unmatched care and consideration with each individual puppy's needs in mind. They are kept in a climate controlled environment and carefully monitored to ensure each puppy remains healthy and happy as they develop and grow.

To purchase one of our puppies there is a $500 deposit. The cost of our puppies begin at $2500 for pet homes. If you place a deposit down on a puppy prior to its birth or being posted on our website the cost remains $2500. Once our puppies are two weeks old, we carefully evaluate them based on the breed standard. This will determine the price of the puppy.

We pride ourselves in producing high quality family pets that are healthy, trainable, even tempered, and athletic to ensure that our puppies live up to your expectations and our reputation.

For many people traveling to see the puppies is not always an option; we are happy to send videos, pictures and face-time to ensure you are confident in your choice of puppy. Keep in mind puppies are a lifetime commitment. If you are ready to add a permanent family member to your home, please contact us today.

What are the steps to purchasing a puppy?

Once a litter is planned and announced we begin accepting non-refundable deposits on that litter. We must receive a non-refundable deposit to reserve a puppy. The order of the received deposit will determine the order of the pick of puppy. For example; if you place a deposit first, then you get 1st pick. The second deposit placed, will get 2nd pick, and so forth. We only reserve 4 picks on each litter until the puppies are born. When the puppies are two weeks old, we will begin reaching out to each family to allow them to make their pick. Each family will have up to 48 hours to make and communicate their decision. Once their decision is made, we will contact the next family. This will continue until all families on the waiting list have made their pick. Once all picks have been made, we will post pictures of available puppies on our website.  Puppies that are reserved by families will not be posted as available on our site. However, their pictures may be on our site, or social media pages.

We have placed a deposit and decided on a puppy, what happens next?

A puppy grows and develops rapidly, (see our blog posts for more information about puppy development). We will continue to provide the highest quality care for each of our puppies until they transition home. This includes de-worming, and providing all age appropriate vaccinations. During the time leading up to when each puppy transitions to its forever home, we communicate updates with each family. This is the time when we will schedule the official date, time, and place for each puppy to transition to its forever home.

We have placed a deposit, when is the balance due?

The remaining balance of the puppy is due prior to the puppy going to its forever home. If it is easier to pay a little each week leading up to when the puppy is picked up, we are happy to accept payments during that time. Or you may pay one lump payment at anytime prior to the puppy going to its forever home.

HOW CAN I PAY ALL SOUTHERN DOGS?

We accept cash, cashiers check, PayPal, Cash App, Venmo, or Zelle. We do not currently accept credit cards. However you can link your PayPal account to your credit card.

I don't live in Georgia, what options do I have to pick up a puppy?

We personally deliver to many of the surrounding states, including South Carolina, Florida, Alabama, and Tennessee. However we have many options for around the country. Including; flying the puppy to you, meeting you at Hartsfield Atlanta Airport in Atlanta, or meeting you part-way with the puppy. We are happy to deliver the puppy free of charge to Atlanta, Birmingham, Augusta, Chattanooga, or Perry. A small fee is added on if we have to travel farther than 200 miles. When we fly a puppy we ask for the buyer to pay for our plane ticket and the puppies ticket. Depending of the Airline the cost of a puppy ticket ranges from $95-$125.

I can't pay for the puppy yet. Can I leave the puppy with All Southern Dogs and make payments on the puppy?

Once a puppy is 8 weeks old, it is expected that the puppy will be picked up within one week. If a puppy is left with us for longer than an additional 2 weeks, there will be a boarding fee of $100 per week to cover the additional cost of the puppy.

WHY DO I NEED TO PLACE A DEPOSIT?

A deposit is demonstration of good faith on the buyers behalf. Once a deposit is placed on a puppy, the puppy is reserved and will not be offered to anyone else. You can feel confident knowing that the puppy you are expecting to get, will be the puppy that you bring home.
